ISO16750-4 Ice Water Spray Test Chamber with Slot Jet Nozzle

1.Introdution The splash water test chamber meets the requirement of ISO16750-4 clause 5.4.2. It can be used for splash water or high temperature test alone, to simulate ice water splashing over a hot system or components when driving on wet roads in the winter. Failure modes are mechanical cracking of materials or seal failures caused by different temperature expansion coefficients. I’ts a reliability testing equipment for cold resistance, heat resistance, ice water splash resistance test and quality control engineering of various electronic, electrical, plastic and other raw materials and devices. 2.Features: ● For ice water splash resistance test ● The inner wall of the equipment are made by SUS316# stainless steel, to ensure rustless. ● Thermal insulation material: high-density glass fiber cotton to ensure thermal insulation performance and maintain a balanced and stable temperature in the chamber. ● Equip with a transparent observation window (multi-layer hollow tempered glass) and LED lighting on the door, which is convenient for observing the internal test situation ● The mixing system adopts a long-axis fan motor and a SUS304# stainless steel multi-blade impeller resistant to high and low temperature to achieve strong convection and vertical diffusion circulation, so that the temperature in the laboratory is uniform and stable; ● Double-layer high-temperature-resistant high-tension sealing strips are used between the door and the chasis of the equipment to ensure the airtightness of the test area. The inner panel of the door is made of SUS316# stainless steel, and the non-reaction door handle is used, which is easier to operate; ● The test hole (diameter 100mm) is installed on the left side of the device, which can be used for external test power lines or signal lines; ● Control components: 7 inch touch screen+ PLC. The electrical components are made by LS, Omron, etc. The wiring process meets the requirements of Chinese national standards, the layout of the electric board is reasonable, the wiring is firm, and the marking is clear. ● The refrigeration system of the equipment is installed at the bottom. The compressor adopts the imported French Taikang brand to ensure the cooling effect and reliability, the condensation method is air-cooled, and R404R environmentally friendly refrigerant is used. The entire system pipeline has passed the pressurized 48H leak test to confirm that the refrigeration system can operate stably for a long time. The casing heat exchanger is made of SUS316# stainless steel to prevent salt water corrosion; ● Flowmeter: A digital flowmeter is used to measure the flow rate of the ice water splash test. The signal of the digital flowmeter is fed back to the PLC, and the automatic constant flow is controlled by PID, and the flow rate is directly displayed on the touch screen. ● High-quality fixed PU movable Korean casters are installed at the bottom of the machine, which can easily move the machine to the designated position, and finally fix the casters; ● Ice water splash test: the nozzle is fixed on the right side of the test chamber; the spray distance is adjusted by moving the sample
