IEC60068-2-75 IK level Test Equipment 2J to 20J pendulum Impact Hammers

The IK07 to IK10 pendulum impact test apparatus is designed according to IEC60068-2-75 Test Eha and IEC62262 (equivalent EN62262), and can meet the test requirements of IEC60598, EN50102. The IK Code was originally defined in European Standard BS EN 50102:1995 and amended in 1998, following its adoption as an international standard (IEC 62262) in 2002, the European standard was renumbered EN 62262. The IK code is from 00 to 10, and corresponding impact energy is from 0.14J to 20J.

The pendulum impact hammer is applied to test the mechanical impact resistance of household and similar electronic and electrical products and their accessories such as plugs, sockets and surface mounting boxes, screw glands, covers, switches, lamps and etc. to assess the safety performance and strength levels of the products. The striking element is freely released at a certain height through a 1 meter pendulum rod, and hits the sample at the lowest point in the vertical direction. After the transformation of gravitational potential energy to kinetic energy, the purpose of impact testing on the sample is achieved.

The pendulum impact test apparatus adopts a trolley structure, which can freely move as a whole. The height of impact points can be adjusted through the screw guide rail, and the impact angle can be adjusted from 0 to 90°.

1). Pendulum rod angle: 0-90 ° adjustable, scale display

2). Pendulum rod length: 1000mm

3). Pendulum rod diameter: 9mm (it works with 2J striking element) and 15.9mm (it works with 5J, 10J, 20J striking elements)

4). Equipped with 2J*1, 5J*1, 10J*1, 20J*1 striking elements

5). Impact height: 200mm~1200mm adjustable

vertical impact hammers

The vertical impact hammer is designed according to IEC60068-2-75 test Ehc, the hammer consists by a striking element which falls freely from rest through a vertical height on to the specimen surface held in a horizontal plane, and the fall of the striking element shall be along a guideway, the guideway shall not rest on the specimen and the striking element shall be free of the guideway on the striking the specimen , the mass of striking element is equal to equivalent mass . 2J striking element equip with Φ 40 mm*4 71 mm guideway, 5J striking element equip with Φ6 8 mm*3 85 mm guideway, 10J striking element equip with Φ8 9 mm* 337 mm guideway, 20J striking element equip with Φ10 8 mm* 520 mm guideway, 50J striking element equip with  Φ12 9 mm* 650 mm guideway.

UL746A High Current ARC Ignition Test Apparatus 32.5A/COSφ0.5

UL746A High Current ARC Ignition Test Apparatus 32.5A/COSφ0.5   1.  Introduction: The high current arc ignition tes t apparatus is designed according to  IEC60950-1:2001  clause 4.7.3.6 , BS/EN60950-1:2001, BS7002:2001, GB4943-2001 and UL746A, IEC60947.1:1999, GB/T14048.1-2000, IEC730.1:1993, GB14536.1-1998 and etc..  It ’ s used to measure and assess  solid insulating material against to resistance to ignition from arcing electrical sources. A power 240V(AC)/60Hz is to be supplied to the test electrodes  (fixed electrode and movable electrode) , a series (inductive-resistive) air core impedance is to be provided to yield a short circuit current of 32.5A and a power factor of 0. 5. The sample is be to positioned with the electrodes making initial contact on the surface of the sample, the circuit is to be energized and the cyclic arcing started. The timing of arcs is to be adjusted to a rate of 40 arcs/min, the rate of electrode separation is to be 254±...
