IPX8 High Pressure Transparent Water Tank

1. Introduction

IPX8 High Pressure Transparent Water Tank can meet the requirement of IEC60529 for IPX8 testing and IEC60598. The pressure in the jar can be precisely automatically controlled in purpose of checking the tightness and the leak points (by observe the bubbling during the test).The equipment is mainly consisted by transparent Sealed jar and control unit.

 


2.  Features

 For IPX8 test.

 Working principle: The sample is placed into the water, close the lid and setup the test pressure and pressure holding time, then start the equipment. When the sample is in water, increase the air pressure on the water surface to the set value and then maintain the pressure. If there is a leak in the sample, the water will be pressed into the sample, and the air in the sample will be discharged, and the leakage point of the sample can be observed through bubbles. After the test is completed, the pressure can be automatically stopped, and the air inside the jar can be automatically drained. The operator can open the lid and take out the test sample.

 The jar is made of acrylic, it is full transparent for observe purpose.

 Adopts special silicone sealing ring which has good elasticity and not easy to damage.

 The jar has passed the pressure test by applying 2 times the working pressure, and equip with branded safety valve to protection the user.

 Control unit: controlled by digital pressure gauge and time relay, the pressure in the jar and pressure holding time can be setup. One-key start to complete the test automatically.

 Pressure control: pressure sensor made by Panasonic, can auto control the test pressure. Control accuracy: ±0002Mpa, display accuracy: 0.001Mpa.

Spray nozzle 1.  Introduction The spray nozzle hand-held device is designed according to IEC60529 figure 5, it is it is apply to verify the protection against spraying water (IPX3) and splashing water (IPX4) for large size sample.
