GB1003 3-Phases Plug and Socket-Outlet Gauges

1. Introduction

The 3-phase plug and socket-outlet test Gauges are designed according to GB1003-2016 figure 5, figure 6, figure 7, figure 8 and figure 9. They are applicable to verify the three-phase plugs and three-phase fixed or mobile socket-outlets for household with an AC frequency of 50 Hz, rated voltage of 440 V, rated current not exceeding 32 A.

Note: The insertion force should not be greater than the maximum withdrawal force specified in GB/T2099.1.

3-Phases 5-Wires Socket-Outlet Go Gauges (16A, 25A, 32A)

The go gauge shall be able to insert into the jacks of the 3-phases and 5 wires socket-outlets. For 3-phases 4-wires socket-outlet, the go gauge that removes the neutral pole shown figure 6 is applied.

 

 

Note: The insertion force should not be greater than the maximum withdrawal force specified in GB/T2099.1.

3-Phases 5-Wires Socket-Outlet Not Go Gauges (16A, 25A, 32A)

The not go gauge shall not be able to insert into the jacks of the 3-phases and 5 wires socket-outlets. For 3-phases 4-wires socket-outlet, the not go gauge that removes the neutral pole shown figure 7 is applied.

 

 

Note: The insertion force should not be greater than the maximum withdrawal force specified in GB/T2099.1.

3-Phases 5-Wires Socket-Outlet Non Contact Gauge (16A, 25A, 32A)

The non-contact gauge shall not be able to contact the live kits of socket-outlet;  For 3-phases 4-wires socket-outlet, the non-contact gauge that removes the neutral pole shown figure 8 is applied.

 

 

Note: The insertion force should not be greater than the maximum withdrawal force specified in GB/T2099.1.

3-Phases Socket-Outlet with Live Sleeve Contact Gauge (16A, 25A, 32A)

The contact gauge shall be able to contact the live kits corresponding to the three-phase socket-outlet

The relationship between standards IEC62262 and IEC60068-2-75

  The IK code is a coding system to indicate the degree of protection provided by an enclosure against harmful external mechanical impacts. The standard IEC62262 defines the impact energy corresponding to different IK codes. In general, the degree of protection applies to the complete enclosure.
