 1.Introduction

IPX9K High temperature and high pressure jet spray test chamber is designed according to IEC60529:2013, DIN40050-9 figure 7 and ISO20653 figure 8 and 9. This equipment is to verify the physical and other related properties of road vehicles (like passenger cars, buses, tractors, motorcycles) and its parts under the conditions of high pressure and steam jet cleaning. After the test, the user can judge if the performance of the product can meet the requirements or not, and then do the re-designing and improvement. 


IPX9K High Pressure/Steam Water Jets Cleaning

Water projected in high pressure high temperature against the enclosure from 4 directions (00, 300, 600, 900) shall have no harmful effects. Test duration: 30s per direction, water volume: 14~16 litres per minute, pressure: 8000~10000 Kpa, temperature: 80±5℃, test distance: 100 to 150mm.


2.Features
1). For IPX9K test. 
2). The outer shell is made of high-quality steel plate, coating with stoving varnish.
3). The chamber inner and turntable are made by SUS304# stainless steel ensure that it will not rust after long-term use.
4). Box structure design. comes with a water tank, the water can be recycled. The water storage tank is equipped with a water level float valve, which automatically controls the water intake, and has a low water level alarm detection, which effectively prevents the water pump from drying out and becoming damaged.
5). With a transparent observation window made by tempered glass, an LED light is installed in the box to facilitate observation during the test. 
6). 4 fan jet nozzles are distributed in the right side of the box at 90 degrees. The nozzles and water jet impact force calibrator are strictly designed according to the standard requirement. The force sensor of impact force calibrator is imported from Germany with high precision. 
The spray water flow, pressure and temperature can be set on the touch screen.
8). Adopts high quality stepping motor, the speed and angle of turntable can be set by touch screen.
9). Adopts high-quality water pump, resistant to high temperature and high pressure, can be used for a long time, and has stable performance. 
10). Test time: 0-999min adjustment, can be set by touch screen, and will auto stop when time up. 
11). The core control system adopts 7inch touch screen + Panasonic PLC, and adopts world-branded electrical components, such as LG, Omron and etc.. The wiring process meets the requirements of national standards, the electrical board layout is reasonable, the wiring is firm, and the marking is clear.
12). IPD temperature control, set the temperature by touch screen.
13). Communication function optional, can work with PC to save the data. 
8). With leakage protection, water shortage protection, overflow protection and short circuit protection to protect the equipment from damage . Door induction protection to protect the operator from hurt.

The material of standardized cookware in EN60350-2 version 2018 and version 2013

The standardized cookwares referred in this article are designed according to EN(IEC)60350-2 table (Z)3. The diameter of the cookware bottom (outside), diameter of the lid, lid hole circle diameter, number of holes on the circle, total cookware height (outside) and flatness of cookware bottom are specified in table (Z)3. The materials of side wall, cookware bottom and lid are different.
